picprg_list

Show the list of all PIC programmers that can be enumerated by the system.
Only programmers that the system can automatically detect are listed.
This usually means programmers connected via "plug and play" interfaces,
such as USB or PCI bus.  The system can not, for example, automatically
determine that a programmer has been connected via a serial line, so
serial line programmers are not listed.

Of the Embed Inc programmers, this program will list all USBProgs
currently connected via USB, but no EasyProgs, ProProgs, or USBProgs
connected via a serial line.
